The walls of Factory Street are filled with history and stories of long ago – and now our customers are adding to the history with their own stories and events while enjoying locally crafted beers.

We have been making wine since 1970. We were convinced to offer our "home made craft wine" for sale. After much discussion, and government red tape, we are now offering our hand crafted wines for sale to the public. Still made with love and attention, the finest country wine you will find, and the lowest sulfited. This is truly a "craft winery".

We make small batches of tightly controlled fine fruit wine, estate grown, and bottled on our farm. Come on by and taste a truly fresh craft fruit wine.

Woodbine Vineyards is a farm winery located in Buffalo Junction, Virginia. We planted our first vines in 2018. Currently we offer 7 wines: Chardonel, Pinot Grigio, Rosé, Honeysuckle, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Sweet Virginia Red.

The farm is owned by the Powell Family Sisters; Beth Graham, Susan Coates, and Kay Candelora. The winery is operated by The Three Sisters and their supporting families. All operations including picking, processing, and bottling are done by the family. The winery was licensed in 2011.

Lake Front Winery winery opened June 2022 by owners Bobby Brightwell and Ashley Bowes.

The BIB Story started with a couple of friends who enjoyed beer and began experimenting with home brewing. These friends found out that they enjoyed brewing, and soon discovered that they could make a good brew. Something a little different, a little unique. They expanded their skills, along with their palates, and over the last several years developed the recipes that served as the foundation for BIB's Flagship brews.

In January 2016, Michael Elliott and Rich Castle decided to take it a step further and formed Buggs Island Brewing Company, LLC. Then they set off on the long journey of completing the permitting process, scaling up to a commercial system, renovating a tap room, and blah, blah, blah... All the behind the scenes WORK that goes into creating and serving awesome beer. Which is really what it's all about.

BIB quietly opened its doors on April 7, 2017, forgoing traditional advertising and relying only on social media, word of mouth, and a tiny, neon OPEN sign to get the message out. The message was graciously received, and thirsty people arrived!

As excited as Michael and Rich were to meet and greet all the happy, supportive beer lovers, they quickly realized that they needed to brew more beer, more often, in larger quantities, at a faster pace, and... yeah, make sure the supply kept up with demand. Because thirsty people sometimes riot when the beer runs out... ; )

And that's where we stand today. Brewing and serving, brewing and serving, and testing out new recipes every chance we get. So come on out and try a few brews, and get to know us a little better so we can get to know you, too. After all, many of the locals say this is the place they wanna go, where everybody knows their name...

Hunting Creek Vineyards started in April 2002 with the planting of 100 Merlot, 100 Petit Verdot and 100 Viognier vines. We opened our tasting room in November of 2009 after much encouragement from our friends. The phrase, “From the ground to the glass” encompasses our thoughts and practice on making this adventure satisfying and rewarding. We take great pride in producing smooth wines at an affordable price.
